RESPONSIBILITIES Supervisor to be ensure:

 All activities are to be carried out correctly any safely.

 Supervision and periodic monitoring of the task.
 TBTs (Tool Box Talk) prior to start of the task.
 Reporting of any emergencies/incident/near misses.
 Safe work procedures are followed with appropriate use select approved
PPE.
 Follow the risk assessment.
 Operative must have to read and understand the risk assessment or
supervisor has to brief operative to ensure operative understand risk
involved in activities.
 Operatives to check work area to ensure that the work area is safe to work
In avoiding slips/trips and fall.
 PTW to be obtained prior to start of the task by authorized person.
 Third party certificate for operatives.
KEY TOOLS & Common hand tools, Clamp HI tester, Hand tool, Thermometer, Manifold gage,
EQUIPMENT Hummer, Service pump, Vacuum, Water hose and Blower.

Method of work.  Obtain necessary permit if necessary.

 Supervisor should give tool box talk on the task.
 Power isolation and carrying out the lock out and tag out procedure.
 Ensure compressor is pumped down.
 Ensure all the dismantle compressor spares & parts are store in the box.
 Ensure all the wear and tear parts are notified in the report.
 Ensure the parameters are within the limit.
 Ensure all the system put back to normal condition before restoring the
system in the normal condition. (apart from that compressor opened for
inspection)
 After approval we will assemble the compressor as per OEM
requirements & parts required.
 Restore the system in normal condition. Ensure proper housekeeping
during the completion of job.
 Unit nominal and running parameters shell be verified and ensure is as
per manufacturer specification after complication of activity for the
system performance.
 Check and report if any abnormality in the compressor.
 To the supervisor for the corrective action.
 Ensure all the warning signs & notices were removed appropriately if
applicable.
