One of the concerns in this sequence is that the subject MEAL MANAGEMENT
(FSM114b) should be moved to higher years, I suggest putting it in the 2 nd year 1st
or 2nd semester. We should put more emphasis in terms of studying strategies in the
subject STUDYING AND THINGKING SKILLS IN ENGLISH (Engl 113). The time
allotted on the subject OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND HEALTH PRACTICES
(FSM 111) is not enough so I suggest making it three hours per meeting instead.

The subject FOOD PROCESSING PACKAGING AND LABELING (FSM124)


should be put after ASIAN/FILIPINO CUISINE so it must be moved and be
replaced by ASIAN/ FILIPINO CUISINE first. TEAM SPORTS (PE 122) should be
given after INDIVIDUAL SPORTS (PE 212), therefore, should be put in 2 nd year 1st
semester and be replaced by INDIVIDUAL SPORTS first. All the time allotted to
accomplish each subjects have no problem. In terms of context, BASIC BAKING
(FSM 125) should stick to teaching the basic or the foundation of baking.
PAGBASA AT PAGSULAT SA IBA’T-IBANG DISIPLINA should be specialized on
technological and vocational field.

PROCESSING PACKAGING AND LABELING here. INDIVIDUAL SPORTS (PE
213) should be given after SELF-TESTING (PE 112).LIFE AND WORKS OF
RIZAL (SocSci 213)should be moved to 3rd or 4th year. ELECTIVE (NatSci 213)
should be decisive CHEMISTRY for us because it relates more than PHYSICS in
our subject course. The allotted time given to each subjects are fine so no problem
in timing.

We can put the subject MEAL MANAGEMENT (FSM 114b) or FOOD


PROCESSING PACKAGING AND LABELING here. CAFETERIA AND
CATERING MANAGEMENT (FSM 224a) should be separated into two parts
which is the cafeteria part and the catering because neither one of those will be
out shadowed by the other subject. TECHNICAL WRITING IN THE DISCIPLINE
INC. FUNDAMENTALS OF RESEARCH (Engl 223) should include developing the
ability to write technically.

teaching profession and so on. SPECIAL TOPICS (Educ 311) should be teaching
