! !! !! !! !! !! !Expected outcome of each activity: ! 1. Presentation on the Role of the PCV for the school staff – outcome would be to introduce the PCV to the staff in the Organization ! 2. Meeting with the School Director – discuss the activities and successes of the Municipality/ NGO and future plans, as well as expectations for the role of the PCV ! 3. Meeting with the English Teachers – discuss the role of the PCV in the school, in particular the English Department and how they can collaborate together. Result of this meeting would be Weekly Schedule for the PCV, where PCV would be assigned to assist different classes of different English Teachers throughout the week. ! 4. Meeting with Pedagogue/ Psychologist – learn about their role in the organization and brainstorm potential collaboration with the PCV with them. ! 5. School Assessment Tool –this data will be used to build strategy for the development areas that PCV and counterpart would like to focus on working with the counterpart(s) and assessment of students. ! 6. Community Assessment Tool - this community map will be used in discovering what are the key community members, entities and resources and how are they connected to each other – in order to see how PCV and counterpart can use the existing resources to build-upon the capacities within the community. !7.
