Ramp Agent
Receive customer baggage and other commodities and organize according to destination
Load / Offload aircraft and maintain log of commodities according to dimensions and balance guidelines
Provide ground service such as power, air/heat, potable water upon aircraft arrival
Service aircraft lavatories as needed
Inspect aircraft upon arrival and prior to departure to ensure safety of customers
Responsible for a safe and time-critical operation of the airport shuttle and driving operations, as assigned
Responsible for the daily operations, cleanliness and readiness of the Airport Shuttle vehicles, crew vehicles, rental vehicles
and assigned off airport pick-up and delivery vehicles
Maintain complete daily log of events and accomplishments
Coordinate, assign, and facilitate daily routes, pick-up & drop-off assignments
Resolve billing or service complaints and refer grievances to designated departments for investigation
Confer with customers via phone and in person to receive orders for installation, turn-on, discontinuance or change in
service
Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records and issue discontinuance orders
Determine charges for service requested and deposit collections
Solicit sale of new or additional utility services
Valet Attendant
Greet guest’ with a smile, facilitate guest access to and use of establishment by offering information, direction and
assistance
Anticipate guest needs, assisting with entering cars, wheelchairs, holding umbrellas
Safely perform valet duties of parking, retrieving, and delivering guest vehicles
Operation of guest’ vehicles in accordance with all applicable laws, ordinances and curbside policies
Cash handling, valet ticketing system, keys, and equipment in accordance with company policies
Concierge duties as needed
Ensure a clean working environment and debris free
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times, including abiding by company uniform policies
Conduct all duties in accordance with any legal and mechanical guidelines

Airlines Ramp & Systems certified
Front Desk/Guest Services Professional
Hotel/Audit Accounting Systems
Typing 50-55 WPM
Valet Parking/Processing Systems
Full Time 2 Year Mission South Pacific 2010 – 2012
Eagle Scout Recipient – BSA 2008
