Sub: Negligence on the part Mr.Giridhar Imala, Asst. Teacher – reg.

It is noticed that while notifying the marks confined to 20 marks for 9 th Standard, you
have wrongly totaled and displayed it on the Notice Board on 22nd September 2018. You have
not taken proper care while doing so. Though you were severely instructed to be more vigilant
and cautious, you have not cared and displayed the wrong marks which resulted in creating bad
image.

This sort of negligence cannot be tolerated. A responsible and a senior teacher of the
institution is not expected to do such things. Hence, You are hereby severely warned not
repeat such erroneous acts in future. You are also hereby directed to explain for the above
lapse within two days from the date of receipt of this memo. Failing which, necessary
disciplinary action would be initiated against you, which may be noted forthwith.
