Note:
As per University policy, the University reserves the right not to consider any application or fill any post without giving any reason. Therefore, post of Registrar advertised
previously bearing last date 30.10.2015, which has not been processed till date stand cancelled. The applicants of previous advertisement are requested to kindly submit fresh
application if interested for the above mentioned position.

GENERAL INFORMATION
• General age relexation of maximum five (05) years in upper age limit as per Government of the Punjab, S&GAD circular
letter No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 04.11.2006.
• Only short listed candidates will be called for Interview.
• The prescribed application form can be downloaded from University of Sargodha website: www.uos.edu.pk.
• Candidates for above position are required to fill the application form in MS Word and submit one copy of application
along with complete C.V and attested copies of testimonials in both hard and soft form (CD/DVD).
• Applications must be accompanied with original bank deposit slip/University Challan Form of Rs. 1000/- as processing fee
(non-refundable) to be deposited under Head of Account “Collection” in HBL A/C No. 00427991777803, University of
Sargodha.
• Two most recent passport size photographs should be affixed on each application.
• Candidates already in service of a Government/Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous Body must apply
through proper channel by the due date; otherwise their applications shall not be entertained.
• Applications received after the last date will not be entertained.
• Incomplete applications shall also not be entertained.
• Last date for submission of applications is 04.09.2018.
• The University reserves the right not to consider any application or fill the post without giving any reason.
