CARETAKER’S AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement is made and executed by and between:

NAME, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Address, hereinafter referred to as
the FIRST PARTY/OWNER of the said house and lot;

- and -

________________________________, of legal age, married/single and presently

residing at _____________________________, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND
PARTY/CARETAKER;
WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the owner of a lot with a two-story house located at
Salegseg, Balbalan, Kalinga. The said lot is covered by Tax Declaration XXXXXXX, containing
an area of nine hundred seventy one (971) square meters. The house is covered by Tax Declaration
No. XXXXX; and

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY agrees to become the caretaker of the abovementioned
property subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. That the CARETAKER acknowledges that s/he will take care of the said properties for
a period of one (1) year beginning on ________________________ until
___________________________ unless earlier terminated in writing by the Owner.
The Agreement may be extended on the sole discretion of the Owner;
2. That the CARETAKER has agreed to take care of the said properties and to preserve
the same from any trespasss and destruction;
3. That the CARETAKER has agreed to take care of the said properties and to preserve
the same from any trespass and destruction;
4. That the CARETAKER shall not sublease nor sell any portion of the premises;
5. That the CARETAKER shall maintain the said premises in sanitary conditions;
6. That the CARETAKER shall be responsible for his/her expenses on his/her
consumption of electricity, water bills and other utility services in the property;
7. That the CARETAKER shall not introduce any renovation/alteration within the said
properties unless upon the written consent of the OWNER; and
8. That this Agreement shall be revised/terminated upon violation of any of the terms and
conditions enumerated and agreed upon.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Before me, a Notary Public for and in the above jurisdiction, this ___ day of

known to me to be the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument and
acknowledged before me that the same is their free act and voluntary deed, as well as that of the
corporation herein represented.

Said instrument refers to a Caretaker’s Agreement consisting of two (2) pages including
this page wherein this acknowledgment is written, and signed by the PARTIES and their
instrumental witnesses on each and every page hereof.
