Hiring for the position of Environmental Scientist/Engineer/Health Physicist - Junior Level Professional from the following degree
programs or experience:
 Environmental Science, Environmental Health & Health Physics
 Geology
 Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Nuclear)
 Biology
 Chemistry
 or program similar to those above
Candidate must be willing to travel (possibly up to 50% of time). Position entails a nice mix of both outdoor field work and office work.
Real-world experience in the environmental field is preferable (BS+2 years or MS+1) but is not absolutely necessary. Experience with
Microsoft Office applications is required, and with ESRI ArcMap GIS applications a plus. New hires will be thoroughly trained in all job
tasks, which may include:
 Collecting environmental samples (primarily soil) for laboratory analyses.
 Performing environmental surveys using instrumentation coupled to GPS units.
 Making environmental measurements using various instruments.
 Working with GIS to manage and interpret data, and generate data report figures.
 Assist with report writing.
 Data entry, review and interpretation.
Candidate must be able work well with others in a collaborative team environment, be self-motivated and detail oriented, and able to
pass a background check. Salary depends on qualifications and experience.
