Festive Weekend in Belmont
October 12th, 13th, 14th
Chocolate fest: indulge yourself — and lend a hand!
Chocolate candy, ice cream, cookie and dessert makers from the
Peninsula and the entire Bay Area will offer their chocolate wares
for tastings on October 12th and 13th at the 36th annual
Chocolate Fest, a community benefit sponsored by the
Congregational Church of Belmont.

Among the chocolate specialists who are expected to participate
this year will be 3D Candies, Sacred Chocolate, Petitpot,
Romolo’s Cannoli Factory, A-Lot-A Gelato and More, Guittard
Chocolate Co., Brehmer’s Candies, Neo Cocoa, Preston's
Candies, Kathy's Kreative Kakes, Jade Chocolates, Trader Joe’s,
Nothing Bundt Cakes and e Cocoa Exchange.
Michael Medwid’s Jazz Ensemble will play at each session which
will also feature door prizes, champagne and gourmet coffee.
Nearly 800 guests took part in the Chocolate Fest last fall.
Proceeds benefited local hunger and homeless programs such as
Samaritan House, Second Harvest, Home & Hope and projects Save the Music festival
within the church. Similar programs will benefit this year. e 16th Annual School-Force Save the
