DEED OF DONATION INTER VIVOS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That this DEED OF DONATION, made and entered into by and between: Michaelangelo S.
Pallasigue, Filipino citizen, of legal age, married, and a resident of 34 Basa St. Brgy.
Paltok, SFDM Quezon City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the DONOR,

- and –

Rolando T. Mutuc, likewise of legal age, married, and a resident of all Filipino citizens, of
legal ages and a resident of 66 Karunungan St. Abenida Homes, Scout Guevarra, Quezon City,
Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the DONEE:

-WITNESSETH-

That the DONOR is the owner of a parcel of land more particularly described and
bounded as follows:

A parcel of land Lot No. 861 isa 36,864 sqm. parcel in the
Cadastral Survey of Dingle, Iloilo, covered by Transfer Certificate
of Title (TCT) No. T-2804 in the name of the DONOR, situated
located at Sitio Sinalam, Bario Sapang, Ternate, Cavite,
containing an area of FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED
TWENTY Square Meters (4, 420 Sq.m.) more or less.

That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONOR has for
her CHILDREN, the DONEES, the said DONOR hereby TRANSFERS, GIVES and
CONVEYS unto the DONEES, their heirs, successors and assigns, the property above-
described, including all existing improvements found thereon, free from all liens and
encumbrances and charges of whatsoever nature;

That the DONOR hereby states, for the purpose of giving full effect and validity to
this donation, that he has reserved for himself sufficient property, in full ownership or in
usufruct, which is necessary and adequate for her support in consonance with her standing
in society;

That the DONOR further states, for the purpose as expressed in the next preceding
paragraph, that this donation is not made with the object of defrauding his creditors, having
reserved to himself sufficient property to answer for his debts contracted prior to this
date;

That the DONEE hereby accept this donation and hereby express their gratitude for
the kindness and liberality of the DONOR.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the DONOR and the DONEES have hereunto set their
hands on this 26 th of September, 2018 at Quezon City, Philippines.

Inter Vivos consists of two (2) pages, including the page on which this acknowledgment is
written and sealed with my notarial seal.
