Scope of Work

1. Complete fabrication as per drawing including marking & cutting of plates/ structurals and welding
using qualified welders. All necessary tools, tackles, jigs and fixtures required to execute the
above work shall remain in our scope.

2. Our scope includes hardware items and gaskets.

3. Billing will be done based on actual weight of material dispatched and not as pe r drawing weight.

4. All third party inspection charges shall be to your account.

5. Above prices include single coat of Red Oxide Primer. Paint make shall be Synorganic Paint –
Bhilai.

6. Welding shall be SMAW/ MIG/ FCAW/ SAW.

7. Sand blasting if required shall be extra at actual.

PRICE:

Prices quoted are Ex-works Bhilai basis. Transportation charges extra at actuals.

TAXES & DUTIES:

ED & VAT/CST shall be extra at actual.

VALIDITY:

Offer is valid for 7 days from the date of issue of this quotation .

DELIVERY:

We can fabricate and supply the entire quantity of 100 MT within 10-14 weeks from the date of placement
of order along with advance.

Retention: 5% retention-balance to be released within 120 days from the date of last supply of material.
