WEEK 1
Global Technology Infrastructure- this is the department of Sutherland Global
Serives Inc where I and co-intern assigned to conduct our internship program. On my
first night shift, I was excited and and somewhat nervous because of the new
environment and people. We where introduced by our supervisor to the head of GTI
and to the employees of the department. Our supervisor oriented us about the
company profile, the programs/accounts in Sutherland, and departments that supports
the company like Admin and Facilities, Human Resource, Security and the GTI. He
discussed also the different tools, software, devices/equipments and networking
terminologies they used in production and troubleshooting a computer.

WEEK 2

On our second week of our internship program, our supervisor continue to

discuss about network administration, installation and troubleshooting. After the
discussion our supervisor guided us to the production floor of every Sutherland’s
account/programs, he discussed to us the rules and regulation even the Do’s and
Dont’s in the production and during operation. We experienced also this week the
deployment or replacement of defective tech items like headset, IP phones, network
cable, system unit and etc.

WEEK 3

On the second week of my Internship program, there aare many things that i have
