Upon filing and reading of the PETITION FOR RETURN OF CHILDREN TO


PETITIONER, The Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child
Abduction, done at the Hague on October 25, 1980 and the International Child
Abduction Remedies Act and the Petitioner·s PETITION FOR WARRANT IN LIEU
OF WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS, it appears that -

under sixteen years of age, has been wrongfully removed from her habitual
residence of Cuenca, Ecuador, and retained in custody, confinement or
restraint by her [mother] XXXXXXXX or her relatives, from which it appears that
a Warrant should issue in lieu of Writ of Habeas Corpus.

Pursuant to the provisions of The Convention on the Civil Aspects of


International Child Abduction, done at the Hague on 25 Oct 1980 (Convention);
entered into force between the United States and Ecuador on April 1, 1992,
that the minor , date of birth XXX, XXX be returned to
Cuenca, Ecuador, with residence in XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, phone number
XXXXXXXXXXXX in the company of her father, XXXXXXXXXXXXXX to the
sovereign nation of Ecuador, and to report the delivery of the children to the
appropriate Central Authority.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that a Warrant of Arrest issue out of this


Court directed to any peace officer within Puerto Rico to do the following:

remove the above-named minor from the United States of America,

Ecuador, giving the legal counsel the right, without interference, to
have THE MINOR in her lawful custody for the purposes described
herein.

e. By virtue of this order, THE FATHER has the exclusive right to


the physical and legal custody of the child during the period of time
required to return the above-named minors to Ecuador, the country
of the minor habitual residence.

This order is not a determination of the merits of any custody issues


within the meaning of Article 19 of the Convention.

The order of this court is made under the authority of U.S.C. 11603(a),
conferring upon this court original and concurrent jurisdiction with federal
district courts of the United States.

This order is effective the date below written, and shall continue in
force and effect until modified or cancelled by a court of competent
jurisdiction in Ecuador.
