use standards every day, in all aspects
of our daily lives – in communications,
media, healthcare, food, transport,
construction, furniture, energy…

Safety and reliability
Users perceive standardized products and services as more dependable
– this in turn raises user confidence, increasing sales and the take-up of
new technologies.
Support of government policies and legislation
Referenced by regulators and legislators for protecting user and
business interests, and to support government policies.

Ability of devices to work together relies on products and services
complying with standards (LTE, 240V, Euro 5…….)

“Senarai Bahan / Barang Buatan Tempatan” (Treasury
Listing) at no additional cost.

under local and international bodies that demonstrate a
high degree of competency, impartially and credibility in
the area of conformity assessment.
 The certification, inspection and testing services offered
by SIRIM QAS International are conducted in accordance
with international standards.
 These accreditations and recognitions facilitate the
acceptance of our certifications and test reports locally
and abroad.

Organizations are granted permission to use SIRIM
Marking on the CERTIFIED products or packaging
after successful assessment program which is done
through Factory Audit, Product Testing / Inspection
and Surveillances.
