Dear Respondent,
Greetings!
We, the BSED 4th year students major in Mathematics of Central Bicol State University of Agriculture
under College of Development Education is currently conducting a research study entitled “Employer’s Feedback
on the CDE EMT - Major Graduates of 2015 Employed in Camarines Sur”. It aims to; (1) Describe the
performance level of the BSEd EMT - Major graduates of 2015, (2) Determine the satisfaction level of the
employers of the BSEd EMT - Major graduates of 2015, (3) Identify the relationship between the performance
level of the BSEd EMT - Major graduates of 2015 and the satisfaction level of their employers, and (4) Determine
the recommendations of the employers can suggest to improve the performance level of the BSEd EMT - Major
graduates of 2015.
Your responses will be considered as valuable inputs in the fulfillment of this study. Rest assured that
your answers will be treated with utmost confidentiality. We thank you for your generosity in giving your time

A.1) Routinely sets realistic goals for himself/herself and track
his/her progress until they reached them.
A.2) Makes decisions in picking the first good solution he/she
finds.
A.3) Works on his/her daily basis reflect his/her values, and is
consistent with the goals he/she sets.

collaboration to accomplish a joint product.
D.4) Matches the demands of the joint productive activity to
the time available for accomplishing them.
D.5) Arranges classroom seating to accommodate students’
individual and group needs to communicate and work jointly.

D.7) Organizes students in a variety of groupings, such as by
friendship, mixed academic ability, language, project, or
interests, to promote interaction.
