You may notice that I have listed three residence addresses with simultaneous time periods in my
G325-a. As an explanation, the first one, 720 Stevie's Lake Hanna Wyoming, continues to be my
permanent address and has been for many years. The second address, 2915 Zurich Ct Denver Colorado,
is a property which I own and where I sometimes reside. I have put my work address, 1704 State Hwy
13, Arlington, WY 82083, as my contact address, as this is the most reliable address for me to quickly
receive correspondence. The address outside the US, Jiron Lima 182 Oxapampa Peru, is where I reside
when in Peru, since 2008 I have spent a few months each year living there.
