Online coaching for strategic development of key employees

With business psychologist Thea Mikkelsen

Key employees often find that general courses do not match their
specific development needs. As a result, many companies opt to
assist these employees with targeted coaching.

This coaching process aims to strengthen the individual through

one-on-one conversations that focus on specific challenges or
specific development goals.

Possible goals of a course include: achieving greater authority in

collaborative projects, learning how to better motivate a team,
engaging stakeholders, developing strategy for a business segment,
clarifying individual career goals.
THE COURSE CONSISTS OF 5 SESSIONS

Clarifying needs and formulating goals

Identifying desires and goals as well as selecting projects

we can work on using the process. The company’s HR
team and employee’s manager may be involved at this
stage if needed or desired.

Working on projects and formulating tasks

for the following session

This step involves understanding the challenge.

We examine individual and organizational aspects
and which models to use to move forward.

Working on projects and formulating tasks

Analysis of key situations and relevant perspectives on

alternative action opportunities. We look for the best fit
for the individual and the organization.

Working on projects and formulating tasks

for the following session

We examine the personal aspects of the individual’s

working method to promote self-esteem and to support
the employee's success with his or her work.

Formulating a learning plan for future use

We examine the current status of the challenge,

the individual's priorities and leadership style as well as
additional learning steps that he or she can take in the future.
 TARGET GROUP
The course is aimed at managers, project managers, specialists and intermediaries
with specific responsibilities.

ONLINE
Before beginning the program, we will decide if it is best to use Skype,
Zoom or FaceTime. We also exchange phone numbers in the event
there are connectivity problems.

PRICE
2000 EUR

THE PRICE INCLUDES

Five one-on-one online sessions each lasting 1.5 hours.
Appointment times are flexible in order to suit the individual’s schedule.

OPTION TO PURCHASE A MANAGEMENT TEST PACKAGE

This management test package includes a Hogan Leadership Assessment report
and a 1.5-hour session where the report is presented and interpreted
in relation to the specific challenge.

Thea Mikkelsen is a business psychologist (MSc and MA)
with over 10 years of experience as an executive coach and
teacher of business leaders, project managers and specialists
in knowledge-based and creative industries. Mikkelsen
has worked with managers and specialists at Danske Bank,
Henning Larsen Architects, The National Bank of Denmark,
The Danish Film Institute, KADK, DR, TV2, the Norwegian
National Museum as well as municipalities and a wide range
of innovative Danish companies.
