Assistant Director of Writing Center Programs 2017 - 2018

Supervised 50 new and experienced tutors, offering pedagogical advice on difficult tutoring sessions,
facilitating one-on-one reflections on video recorded sessions, teaching new staff proseminar course.
Helped plan and lead monthly full-staff meetings. Planned, coordinated, and led ongoing-education
sessions. Created Fall and Spring semesters shift schedule for all TAs.
