a. What do you perceive as the intern’s strengths?

Showed great maturity in the work environment and handled herself very
professional while still maintaining a very pleasant attitude. She took direction
very well and completed her tasks on a timely manner.

b. In what areas does the intern have room for improvement?

I would say that Madison is a very bright and talented young lady. She is a bit
on the quiet side, maybe to push herself to be a bit more vocal. A lot of times
in this field quiet is looked as a weakness. I think this is just personal growth and
she will develop in time with a bit more experience.
