AUDIE MANUEL D. ALCUDIA

I, AUDIE MANUEL D. ALCUDIA, single, Filipino, presently

residing at Lahug, Cebu City after having been sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

I was examined by ATTY. LEO JOSELITO E. BONO, who is

holding office at Bono, Adan, Mier, Magaso & Famor Law Office,
Wiz Khalifa Bldg. I2, I.T. Park, Cebu City, Philippines, in the said
office;

I answered the questions the examining lawyer asked fully

conscious and I do so under oath knowing fully that I may face
criminal liability for false testimony or perjury.

The questions he asked and my corresponding answers

were the following:

1. Q: Do you swear to tell the truth and nothing
but the truth?
A: I do.

2. Q: What is your purpose of executing this

Judicial Affidavit?
A: I am executing this affidavit to prove that I am
the owner of a parcel of land and that a sale
between me and spouses Crispin and Angela
Sanchez occurred with respect to the said
property.

3. Q: Why do you say that you are the owner of

this parcel of land?
A: As proof that I am the owner of said lot, I
have here with me a Certificate of Title in my
name hereto attached as Annex “A”.

4. Q: How do you happen to know Spouses

Crispin and Angela Sanchez?
A: I was looking for a buyer for my lot and they
were referred to me by our common friend
because they happen to be interested in buying a
property located somewhere in Banawa.

5. Q: What happened next, if any?

A: We met at the location of the property to
inspect it and its vicinity and to discuss about the
terms of the sale.

6. Q: When did this inspection happen?

A: It occurred on the 14th of February 2010.

7. Q: After the inspection and discussion of terms

of the sale, what, if any, happened next?
A: I sold the property to the Spouses Crispin and
Angela at the agreed amount of P1,200,000. as
evidenced by a deed of sale hereto attach as
Annex “B”.

 8. Q: I have nothing more to ask, do have
anything more to say?
A: No more sir, at the moment.

9. Q: Are you willing to sign your statement to

affirm and to how that you executed this freely
and voluntarily?
A: Yes, sir.

I also attest that the attachments of this Judicial Affidavit

are faithful reproductions of their corresponding original
copies.

resident of Dumlog, Talisay City with office address at Bono, Adan,
Mier, Magaso & Famor Law Office, Wiz Khalifa Bldg. I2, I.T. Park,
Cebu City, Philippines, under oath hereby states THAT:

1. I conducted and supervised the examination of Mr.

AUDIE MANUEL D. ALCUDIA as witness of the above-
entitled case;
