Our Tent Pegging Club was formed in the year__________ and has on its roll _________,

herewith.

I/We approve that, I/We shall remit immediately to Secretary Equestrian Federation of

Pakistan the sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) as enrolment (Registration) fee

Indl rider (1 riders) and Rs.1,250/- per Indl rider (1 rider) as annual subscription fee up to 31

December each year (this is to be signed by the President/Secretary of the Association /

Organization/Club/Individual). I/We shall abide by all rules and regulations of the Equestrian

Federation of Pakistan (EFP).
