Use Waste collection

This project are covered all the topic related to the sheet metal working including part of
shearing, blanking, punching, rolling, bending and etc. Therefore, student enable to used all the
equipment provided in the fabrication laboratory or any other facilities provided by other
laboratories. Please attach the project guideline as listed below on your project report:

1. Brainstroming
i. Idea of the design waste bin

2. Design by AutoCAD/Solid Work software

i. Use any related software
ii. Design each part and come out with assembly drawing (isometric) and assembly
drawing (multiview orthographic).
iii. Complete with dimension and details drawing (Sectional view & Tolerance)

3. Fabrication process
i. Shearing, blanking, punching, rolling, bending and etc.
ii. Use suitable machines at related laboratory.
iii. Do finishing your parts for perfect fabrication.
