● Filing-Created, organized, and filed new hire portfolios and re-organized employee portfolios. Worked with documents
such as: Status Change Checklist forms, Direct Deposit forms, Employee Data forms, W2, W4 Federal Tax forms,
Insurance information, changes in Ultipro HR System, CIGNA forms, etc.
● Modifying Paperwork- Created new layouts for mandatory employee paperwork to maximize efficiency in Ultipro. Created
new NewHire Checklist, ReHire Checklist, Termination form. Forms became effective June 2018 in Ultipro for onboarding.
● Emailed managers, supervisors, and employees to request meetings to update employee information. Assisted with
revising employee information to ensure all employee data is updated in portfolios and Ultipro System.
● Worked directly in HRIS: Ultipro to complete onboarding process for new employees and rehires.
● Worked with Compensation Manager to perform ongoing research on competing company CEO Pay Ratio’s; analyzed

● documents on NYSE to compare NewMarket’s company standing.
● Created New Hire onboarding packets for interns, casual employees, full time employees, and re-hires.
● Prepared orientation binders for orientation dates and helped lead new hire orientations with Senior HR Representative.
● Restructured all employee I-9 documents and updated them in compliance to new law changes.
● Coordinated and executed company intern gathering located at offsite company retreat center, Lester Manor.
● Assisted Director of HR with candidate interviews for potential job positions. Ensured all managers in meeting had copies
of necessary documents and assisted with interview questioning.
