RESPONSIBILITY OF PERSON/S HANDLING “RESTRICTED” DOCUMENT/S:

1. Do not leave document/s unattended unless properly secured.

2. Transfer the document/s only to persons who posses the required
security clearance and the need-to-know.
3. Obtain a receipt whenever relinquishing the control of document/s.

STORAGE

“RESTRICTED” document/s must be stored in a manner authorized for

“CONFIDENTIAL” or in metal file cabinet equipped with a steel lock bar and combination
pad lock.

REPRODUCTION

Copying, extracting or reproduction is allowed.

DISPOSITION

Cover sheet shall stay with the document/s until both are authorized for
destruction.

REQUIREMENT

Disposition and Handling, Transmission or Transfer of Custody must be recorded

in the record of transmission of classified document/s provided at the back of this cover
sheet.
