Development and Accountability (BIDA) on October 3, 2018 at the Computer Laboratory of the University of Antique, Sibalom
Campus.

The activity aims to train the 7 IT personnel coming from the 4 campuses of the University of Antique particularly from UA-Libertad,
UA-TLMC (Tibiao), UA-Hamtic, and UA-Sibalom on how to use and install the said system. This activity is in line with the
Strengthening of Community Governance component of the project “Community Empowerment Through Science and Technology
Program in the Province of Antique” which will provide desktop computers installed with BIDA system to identified barangay-

This BIDA system was developed by DOST VI-MIS who were also the Resource Persons during the activity. The said system will
provide the beneficiary-LGUs convenient access to DOST programs such as OneStore, OneExpert, STARBOOKS and OneLab.
