b) How could it have been avoided?

‐ Ngo should have worked out a detailed working schedule with the project team;
‐ Ngo should have developed project’s work break down structure
‐ Should have mentioned tasks due at specified time with detailed milestones
‐ Ngo should have developed proper progress reporting schedule and arranged meetings
for updates
‐ Social Sub Committee should have communicated well with each accomplishment of
their own activities to Ngo and Project Manager
