1. RESUMEN
Beer is a drink with a thousand-year-old history. The first written recipe that proves
the existence of beer was found in the Sumerian people, the first great civilization of
the Middle East, where the art of preparing it was quite common, especially among
women. Beer is the product of the germination of cereals in water and the presence
of yeasts. Throughout the world the production of this drink is varied, so there are
beers of wheat, rice, oats, the common is obtained from the fermentation of barley.
The work that is made is the elaboration of craft beer that is given by the following
methodology: grain grinding, maceration, filtration, cooking, cooling, fermentation,
maturation and packaging.
Since 1945 the brewing industry has achieved a great development; between 1945
and 1965, world production doubled. The increase in production and consumption
has been notable in countries such as Japan, USSR, Mexico and Spain.
para el público adulto que tiene mayor inclinación por productos elaborados artesanalmente;
cualidades".
