REFLECTION QUESTIONS

1. Describe the process you used to prioritize the items on the previous page. In your
answer, be sure to discuss how you made decisions and how easy it was to arrive at those
decisions.
The way I prioritized the items on the previous page was based on my own
perception and comprehension. I decided on what were the most important for my-self
and not what were the most important for someone else.
2. What effects do these priorities have on your daily life? For instance, you might consider
how they affect you as an athlete, a student, a team member, etc. or generally, as a person.

These priorities molded me to the person who I am today. They expanded my

experience and help me learn on how I can be the best person that I can. They gave
me the opportunity to improve myself as a student, a leader, a team member and
especially as a person.

3. My three best qualities as a leader are:

1. Open Minded
2. Optimistic
3. Persevered

3a. How do these qualities interact with your values and decisions about what is (or is not) a
priority in your life, work, etc.?

They usually get along with my values and decisions since I do not have any
personality that neglects and gets in the way on how I usually decide.

4. What evidences do you have that you actually possess these qualities? (Be Specific)

The evidence I have that says I possess these qualities is myself. I am aware and I
know for a fact that I am open minded because I usually hear both sides of the situation
before acting upon it. I am optimistic most of the time because I always look at the
brighter side of things even when it is mostly negative. I am persevered to continue
interaction and progress with the things I am most interested about.
5. Who are the two people you admire the most?
1. Edilberto Nunag
2. Chancelor Jonathan Bennett

5a. Why? Do these people have similar values to you?

Somehow they have similar values to my own, but I personally admire them
because they possess qualities that I am only starting to adapt to.

6. What quality do they have in common/share? How important is that quality? Do you
possess this quality? What can you do to better develop this quality to yourself?

The quality they both have that I mostly admire is they are both selfless. This
quality is absent in my personality but I am slowly making it adapt to myself because I
know for a fact that If I possess it, my personality will improve and I will be a better
person just like those people whom I admire.
