c. No official signature and official seal of Examination and Records Unit are required on this paper and it must not have any other
mark or scribbles written on this slip.

d. You are hereby warned that cheating in examination is a serious offence. No handphone, bag/handbag, programmable calculators
or unauthorized materials such as notes, papers or scribbles in whatever form, from which you might gain assistance are allowed in
this examination hall/room. AN EXCUSE THAT YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN OR YOU DID NOT REALISE THAT SUCH AN ITEM IS WITH
YOU WITHIN THE EXAMINATION VENUE IS NOT AN EXCUSE TO RELIEF YOU FROM YOUR GUILT.

e. If you are not feeling well, you are advised not to attempt your examination and kindly seek the necessary medical treatment from
MMU panel doctors. The Medical Certificate (MC) and the Medical Report form must be submitted to Examination and Records Unit
(ERU) within 2 working days after the last date of the MC. ERU will deem the case of students, who have attempted the examination
(although for a few seconds), but later forwarded MCs to Examination & Records Unit as invalid.

f. You are reminded that you have to adhere to the MMU Dress Code. The Chief Invigilator has the right to request you to leave the
venue should you do not follow the Dress Code policy accordingly.

g. You are not allowed to enter the examination venue 30 minutes after the exam starts.
