BACKGROUND

Health is something that must be considered. To maintain health is very necessary


a healthy lifestyle. And a healthy lifestyle starts with yourself. Then if we have
implemented a healthy lifestyle, of course the environment will automatically also
be healthy. Therefore, the authors want to invite readers to adopt a healthy
lifestyle. By knowing about the ins and outs of what is a healthy lifestyle

B. DEFINITION OF HEALTHY LIFE PATTERNS

A healthy lifestyle is a simple choice that is very appropriate to run. Living with a
healthy diet, thoughts, habits and environment. Healthy in the fundamental sense
is that everything we do gives good results for the body.

Definition of a Healthy Lifestyle by Expert: According to Kotler, a healthy


lifestyle is a picture of activities / activities that are supported by interests, desires
and how the mind behaves in interacting with the environment. Of course good

From the above definition, it can be interpreted that a healthy lifestyle is a choice
that is very appropriate for our survival, while a healthy lifestyle is the path that
must be taken to obtain a physically healthy physically and spiritually. So a
healthy lifestyle is a process to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

C. HEALTHY LIFE TIPS

1. Rest enough

Rest is needed by the body to give the body organs the opportunity to regenerate
by restoring freshness in each of its organs. With sufficient rest, the workload of
the limbs can be reduced, then the body's organs will avoid fatigue and fatigue.

Applying a healthy lifestyle, must provide an opportunity for body organs to rest
from daily activities. With adequate and regular rest, body fitness can be
maintained.

Get enough rest, the body will come back fresh, delicious and comfortable. With
enough rest to make the limbs become useful because the owner takes care of his
limbs.

Resting means to pause to unwind, while sleep means resting his body and
consciousness. Rest can be done in various ways, such as chatting, reading or
watching television. Rest can release fatigue and restore freshness. Conversely,
lack of rest can cause insomnia, fatigue and even metabolic disorders.
Time and duration of rest within one day, with the following details:

- Including working hours or study (morning approximately 10-16 minutes)

- During the day a 15-20 minute break, before lunch and after eating 30-60
minutes

- In the afternoon before and after meals 60 minutes each

- Night before 60 minutes

2. Exercise regularly

A healthy body, there is a healthy soul too! So a saying. It is proven, if the body is

3. Eat healthy food

can cause disease.

The way to cultivate a healthy lifestyle is by cultivating a healthy diet. In this way,

can prevent the body from getting sick.

4. Recreation

Recreation is a refreshment of body and mind, something that is joyful and


refreshing, for example a picnic. Activities that are recreational include tours to
the beach, mountains or parks. A refreshing scene can restore lost energy.
