You have already received a grant of Certification for your Nauticast "X-Pack DS" (including the OEM-Product “RM 808 AIS") under the FCC Identifier Q8Z13EAQ8Z. The changes you have described to this device are considered Class | permissive changes pursuant to Section 2.1043 of the FCC Rules. No filing is required with the Commission for a Class | permissive change to add these additional trade names. Further Section 2.924 of the FCC Rules requires no grant of Certification to be issued for a different Trade Name for an already certificated device. Accordingly the new OEM products do not require a filing with the FCC nor will a new FCC. Identifier be issued in accordance with Sections 2.1043 and 2.924 of the Rules. ‘As we understand the situation, you will market the certified product also under the names: ACR Electronics, Inc. “GlobalWatch UAIS" Marine Technologies, LLC “Bridgemate AIS” | trust that this has resolved this matter. If you have any additional questions about this matter, please contact the undersigned. Sincerely ph fab Rich Fabina Chief, Equipment Authorization Branch
