SUBJECT SUBMISSION OF UPDATED ATTENDANCE SHEET FOR ELLN SLAC

DATE October 10, 2018

1. This office received report from the Central Office of the incompleteness of reports on
Early Language Literacy and Numeracy Program (ELLNP) School Learning Action Cell
(SLAC) of seven (7) Elementary schools in Camarines Sur.

2. In this view, the Department is conducting another round of verification for the following
schools (from the ELLN Batch 1 training):

> Taculod ES • Calabanga 1
> Guibahoy ES -Lagonoy North
> Sta. CruzES - Lagonoy North
> Mansalaya ES - Del Gallego
> Cayogyog ES - Balatan
> San Pedro ES - Cabusao

3. Those schools were found to have less than twenty two (22) ELLN LAC sessions as
reflected in the attendance sheets submitted.School heads are requested to submit
immediately the updated attendance sheets with contact numbers of all the teachers to
this email address: imn.actrc@gmail.com and a copy of the report to the CID Office c/o
Ms. Amy or Ms. Lala.

4. Urgent action of all concerned is required.
