Job Responsibilities:
To establish / strengthen the library of the Ministry.
To subscribe National and International Magazines and Journals on
research and publication related issues.
To organize trainings for the employees of the Ministry on
‘Research’’
To design and print brochures
To give technical assistance to the Ministry on Research and
Publication related matters.
During my stay on the said post, the Ministry was in the process of
reviewing the National Policy on Development and Empowerment
of Women (NPDEW) and I was given the task to organize/
coordinate consultative workshops in all provinces of Pakistan
including Gilgit-Baltistan which was successfully accomplished.
Responsibilities included:
To organize trainings for the employees of the Ministry.
To develop Gender Training Information System
To organize Human Resource Information System.
To design and print monthly newsletter of the Ministry.
To subscribe National and International magazines and journals on
HRM and capacity building topics.
To establish Monitoring and Evaluation System for the Ministry.
I also coordinated in different activities of capacity building project
of GTZ working for the Ministry of Women Development.
In addition to that, during my stay on the said post, I was given
additional charge of Section Officer (Coordination), a regular
Section of the Ministry on the basis of my good performance.
I was also part of committee which was supposed to prepare
presentations for Senate & National Assembly Standing
Committees.
Responsibilities included:
To report the Executive President about all on going activities.
To attend different meetings with diplomats and international
agencies on the behalf of Executive President.
Proposals writing for different projects.
To respond back to incoming letters/faxes and e-mails.
To maintain the files of the existing projects.
To coordinate with different departments and sections.
To prepare/deliveries presentation.
To manage seminars/workshops.
Responsibilities included:
To drop training proposals at various prospective organizations.
To pacify the questions and queries of the client.
To respond back to incoming letters/faxes of the clients.
To maintain the files of the existing clients.
To coordinate with different departments and sections.
To provide feedback from the clients to the upper management.
To develop short term and long term plans.
To prepare/deliveries presentation.
To manage seminars/workshops.
To give suggestions to upper management to improve marketing
efforts.
International Trainings:
1. Training Programme on ‘Training of Gender Audit Facilitators’ at
International Training Centre of the ILO, Turin (Italy) from 20 April 2009 to
24 April, 2009.
2. A certificate course on ‘Gender Analysis and Application in Development
Policy and Practice’ from December 9-14 in Avari Hotel Dubai organized by
Royal Tropical Institute of Netherlands in collaboration with GTZ.
