Presently I am working as General Manager in The Millennium


Marquee and Events, a hospitality industry related company
having 4 Marquees in twin Cites of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
My job responsibilities were:

o Clients handling/ customer services / booking.


o Human Resource Management ( designing job description for the staff)
o Accounts Handling.
o Event Management.
o To deal with the vendors.
o To ensure customer satisfaction till end of the event.

July 2010 to June 2014

Joined Paradise Complex, a well renown banquet Hall in Islamabad


having 2 Halls for 2000 persons capacity and a Marquee for 500
persons capacity, as Operation Manager. After two years
performance i was promoted as General Manager. My job

Reform Action Plan (GRAP), Ministry of Women Development,

Job Responsibilities:
 To establish / strengthen the library of the Ministry.
 To subscribe National and International Magazines and Journals on
research and publication related issues.
 To organize trainings for the employees of the Ministry on
‘Research’’
 To design and print brochures
 To give technical assistance to the Ministry on Research and
Publication related matters.
 During my stay on the said post, the Ministry was in the process of
reviewing the National Policy on Development and Empowerment
of Women (NPDEW) and I was given the task to organize/
coordinate consultative workshops in all provinces of Pakistan
including Gilgit-Baltistan which was successfully accomplished.

July 2007 to August 2009


Section Officer (Human Resource Management and Capacity
Development) (BS-17) in Gender Reform Action Plan (GRAP), Ministry
of Women Development (MoWD), Islamabad.

Responsibilities included:
 To organize trainings for the employees of the Ministry.
 To develop Gender Training Information System
 To organize Human Resource Information System.
 To design and print monthly newsletter of the Ministry.
 To subscribe National and International magazines and journals on
HRM and capacity building topics.
 To establish Monitoring and Evaluation System for the Ministry.
 I also coordinated in different activities of capacity building project
of GTZ working for the Ministry of Women Development.
 In addition to that, during my stay on the said post, I was given
additional charge of Section Officer (Coordination), a regular
Section of the Ministry on the basis of my good performance.
 I was also part of committee which was supposed to prepare
presentations for Senate & National Assembly Standing
Committees.
