1 Principe – description
Le Miniteslamètre Initio® SA à sonde monoaxiale permet la détection et la
mesure de champs magnétiques de 0,01 mT à 100 mT (champs
couramment créés par des courants de 2 à 10 A). Il est composé d’un boîtier
avec un afficheur digital et d’une sonde axiale permettant la mesure du
champ magnétique situé dans l’axe longitudinal de la sonde (représenté par
une flèche sur la sonde).

o 10 mT et 100 mT
• Résolution :
o 0,01 mT pour la gamme 10 mT
o 0,1 mT pour la gamme 100 mT
• Précision (à 25°C) :
o Calibre 10 mT : 2% de l’affichage ± 3 digits (2 % valeur ± 30
µT)
o Calibre 100 mT : 2% de l’affichage ± 1 digit (2 % valeur ±
0,1 mT)
• Sortie analogique :
o -2,5 V à +2,5 V sur le calibre 10 mT
o -2,5 V à +2,5 V sur le calibre 100 mT

3 Mise en service
3.1 Mise sous tension
Mettre sous tension le Miniteslamètre à l’aide de l’adaptateur secteur 12 V /
500 mA.
Attendre 5 minutes, le temps nécessaire à la stabilisation thermique des
différents composants.

3.2 Réglage du zéro

Sur le boîtier du Miniteslamètre, un potentiomètre permet le réglage du « 0 »
lorsqu’ aucun champ magnétique n’est mesuré.

4 Service après vente

La garantie est de 2 ans, le matériel doit être retourné dans nos ateliers.

1 Principle – description
The Initio® SA Mini-teslameter with a uniaxial probe is used to detect and
measure magnetic fields of 0.01 mT to 100 mT (fields created by currents of
2 to 10 A). It consists of a box with a digital display and an axial probe that
helps measure the magnetic field located along the probe’s longitudinal axis
(represented by an arrow on the probe).

2 Technical specifications

o 10 mT and 100 mT

o 0.01 mT for the 10 mT range
o 0.1 mT for the 100 mT range
• Accuracy (at 25°C):
o Range 10 mT: 2% of the displayed value ± 3 digits (2 % of
the value ± 30 µT)
o Range 100 mT: 2% of the displayed value ± 1 digit (2 % of
the value ± 0.1 mT)
• Analog output:
o -2.5 V to +2.5 V on the 10 mT range
o -2.5 V to +2.5 V on the 100 mT range

3 Commissioning
3.1 Powering on
Power on the Mini-teslameter using the 12 V / 500 mA mains adaptor.
Wait for 5 minutes. This is the time required by various components to attain
thermal stability.

3.2 Zero adjustment

On the Mini-teslameter box is a potentiometer that is used to adjust the “0”
when no magnetic field is measured.

4 After-sales service
The device is under a 2-year guarantee, it must be sent back to our
workshops.
