Good morning ladies and gentlemen.

We are delighted to extend the warmest welcome to the

delegates of IFOM Nates, who have come a long way to join us today and we would like to express
our heartfelt gratitude for all of your presence at this memorable occasion.

Before we proceed, we would like to introduce ourselves, my name is ……. And my name is …… and
we will be your host for today. Let us give thanks to almighty god, for giving us the opportunity to be
present on this joyful day, to meet and to learn about many things.

Today’s activities include:

- Signing of MOU by Mr. Joko Sulististyo as the director of Health Polytechnic of Jakarta 2, and Mr.
Fredic Lucet as the general director from COFAP IFOM Nantes

- performances by the Indonesian students and the delegates from France,

- lectures about French and Indonesian cuisine,

- Making Indonesian foods in the culinary lab

- lunch in operation room

- cooking French meal in the culinary lab and lastly

- snacks in operation room

And tomorrow’s activities include:

- making snacks in the food technology lab

- lunch

- and lastly, farewell speeches and impressions from Indonesia and French representatives

Ladies and gentlemen,

between Health Polytechnic of Jakarta II and COFAP IFOM Nantes

Honourable guest, ladies and gentlemen. To celebrate today’s occasion, there will be performances
that will entertain us for today.
The first performance is a traditional dance from Indonesia called lenggang nyai, this dance will be
performed by our students, and the next performance is a traditional song from French bought to
you by the students of IFOM Nates

So without further due, let us welcome our first performers, the dancers of Lenggang Nyai
