hand of my personal interests, I hope to finish my career successfully, to later work in the

I made my recent vacation with my family on an island called Jambelí. a tourist

attraction of the province of El Oro. I had a very nice time, because in addition to the
place that is a beautiful landscape, it was for the moments that I shared with my family.
they are moments that will be stored in our head forever. Waiting to return to travel as
a family to another tourist destination, to get out of the routine and share special
moments with the family. Since it has been more than a year since I started doing

Self-esteem is a very important issue, because 6 out of 10 individuals have
deteriorated self-esteem, either because of the social connection or simply by factors
that come from their family. The study variables of this topic are very broad. The
consequences of poor mental hygiene have their rotten fruits. For the most part these
people have to commit suicide, while few can be helped or seek help.
Three years ago, I met a case, I did not study it closely, but I had access to little
information. Carmen, a 17-year-old teenager, took her own life, her parents, her
friends were shocked with the news, she looked very normal to get to commit that act,
they said. But what she hid was not normal, what for her parents counted as the right
way to educate her, for her it was only to build a wrong concept of her, she thought it
would not be useful in society, she had not developed skills because they were all
restrained by their parents. And what began as a strict way of raising a teenager,
ended with a tragic end.

Depression is a mental illness whose prevalence is estimated between 3 and 5%,

whose morbidity throughout life can reach 10%. It is important to differentiate the
periods of sadness that are normal in the life of any human being from the true
depression that, in order to be considered, requires the presence of depressive
symptoms at least 3 consecutive hours, 3 times a week.
Its clinical expression usually varies according to the culture, the environment, the
historical context in which the subject develops, the age and personality of the subject.
We speak of depression itself when at least 2 of the following 3 elements are present:
Depressive mood
The loss of interests and the ability to enjoy and the increase in fatigability.
And at least 2 of the following:

Loss of reactivity to events and environmental circumstances that are normally
pleasurable.
