of the individual:

of food supplies in relation to its weight .
Such foods confuse the brains control
system.

weight gain and obesity.

c) Human appetite is designed for low energy


density foods and not for high energy
density foods.

d) Fastfood may speed up the risk of


clogged arteries which can lead to
heart attacks.
