Title: Quality Manual Control

Revision Procedure:

 The Quality manual is prepared by Management Representative & approved by

Managing Director

 Changes are incorporated by MR for improvement and implemented on approval from

MD

 The first issue of the Quality manual is ISSUE No. 01 (indicated in cover page). Revision
Number is depicted as Rev. No.: 00 in all sections / Annexure / pages

 Revisions to any section of this manual are tracked through the incremental revision
number in relevant section of the Quality Manual. The revision status of Quality Manual is
recorded in Revision Record Sheet (Section 06 of this manual)

 Document Issue Number is incremented & updated when any section of the Quality
manual exceeds 10 revisions or when system documentation undergoes major changes. The
issue number is revised to 01, 02, 03….etc & the revision status of all sections / Annexure /
pages is reset to 00

 Details of each revision are recorded in the Revision Record Sheet (Section 06) which is
re-issued with each change

 Management Representative shall ensure that revisions are incorporated in each copy
of the Quality manual

Distribution of Quality Manual:

 Quality manual is categorized as MASTER COPY (One master copy and one controlled
copy for the certification Body is maintained)

 Master Copy is identified with the seal affixed as “MASTER COPY” on the Cover page

 Controlled Copies are identified with the seal affixed as “CONTROLLED COPY” on the
Cover page

 The Master Copy of the Quality manual is available with the Management
Representative

 The Quality Manual is maintained on the shared office LAN which is accessible to all
staff with a “Read Only” mode

In case of any changes and modifications, MR ensures that the revisions in the respective
sections / annexure remove the obsolete master and controlled copy and update the LAN with
immediate effect. MR communicates the changes to all staff through e-mail.
