{B} WIRE COLOUR IDENTIFICATION (NEC) (REF: NFPA 79, 1997 & 16.1.2 &16.1.3)

from different sources that remain energized when the main disconnecting
means is in the OFF position , stripping colors other than GREEN ,
YELLOW OR BLUED shall be used for the unique identification of the
grounded conductor.
