Answer the following questions based on the Students’ Regulation

1. What are two cases that are considered as absence of a student in class?
- When the student doesn´t attend the class or tutorship in which he is registered or
arrives 15 minutes after that the class has started.
- When the student fails with participation in programs that advance in mode virtual
or remote.

2. In what case would a student fail the module for non attendance?
- When the student has a non-attendance greater than or equal to 25% in the
theoretical, practical or tutorial classes without reason justified.

3. What are three behaviors considered as academic offence? Chapter XX art. 113 – f.
- Commit fraud in any document, work, test or academic or institutional activity.
- Collaborate in the commission of fraud by another person
- Using citations or false references, or in a way that leads to cheat or error about its
content, authorship or provenance

4. When does a student fail the academic term?

- When the student is in the following situations:
- Loss of three or more subjects
- Loss of two subjects for the second time.
- Loss of a subject for the third time.
- Obtaining an average of less than three in the trial period.
