1. Price valid 30 days from the quotation date.
2. The price is based on direct supply agreements being in place between the Purchaser and Mibet Energy.
3. Payment Terms: 30% deposit, balance on copy of BL
4. Delivery terms: CIF KLANG
5. Mibet Energy reserve the right to alter the above prices at its discretion or where material and/or currency fluctuations of more than 5% occur, unless
previously agreed to.
6. All items remain the property of Mibet Energy until full payment is made.
7. Any discrepancies or issues with the received items should be notified in writing to Mibet Energy or its agent within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
8. Mibet Energy reserves the right to change the products where there is need to and will advise its clients of any products that are discontinued.
9. Mibet Energy will wherever possible provide products of equal quality and costs to meet the needs of its customers should any items be unavailable.
