Modified anchor to reduce the hazard of chemist while scraping the material in toluene medium at 70 °c.
While MIBK distillations MIBK fumes getting accumulated in production block which is highly toxic . these fumes
were reduced by connecting a condenser to the vent of primary condenser . which in turn increased MIBK recivery.
  Achievements
Reactor cooling tower water was not giving effective efficiency due to high impurities in water. the water can be
discarded but its not a cost effective method and environment friendly. so we added to "Fatrik Alum" to water
which helped Floc to settle under water. its cost effective and completely environment friendly.
