PRORROGAÇÃO DO VISTO TEMPORÁRIO VII
(RELIGIOSO)
Base legal: Art. 34 da Lei 6.815/80 e art. 66, inciso II, do
Decreto 86.715/80.
DOCUMENTOS NECESSÁRIOS:
1- Declaração da instituição religiosa que
promoveu a vinda do estrangeiro, justificando a
necessidade da prorrogação e comprometendo-se
por sua manutenção e saída do território
nacional;
2- Requerimento por meio de formulário próprio a
ser obtido junto à Polícia Federal (por pessoa);
3- Cópia autenticada do registro temporário
(carteira de identidade para estrangeiro ou
registro junto ao SPMAF, da Polícia Federal);
4- Cópia autenticada de todas as folhas do
passaporte (por pessoa);
5- Prova, através de documento hábil (certidão de
casamento ou declaração consular), da condição
de casado do estrangeiro (quando for o caso);
6- Comprovante de pagamento da taxa
estipulada, no original (por pessoa) a ser
recolhida por meio da guia GRU/FUNAPOL, Valor
da taxa, vide a tabela;
7- Descrição detalhada das atividades exercida
pelo religioso, durante a estada inicial;
8- Cópia autenticada do Estatuto Social da
Entidade Religiosa;
9- Prova de formação religiosa legalizada junto às
autoridades consulares brasileiras no exterior e
traduzida por tradutor público juramentado.
10- Declaração da entidade religiosa de que não
atua em área indígena ou apresentação da
autorização da FUNAI.
Obs: Após o preenchimento do formulário e juntados os
documentos exigidos, deverá ser autuado no órgão do
Departamento de Polícia Federal mais próximo da residência do
requerente.
Ressaltamos que todos os documentos produzidos no exterior
deverão ser legalizados junto às autoridades consulares brasileiras
no exterior, e traduzido por tradutor publico juramentado.
Esclarecemos que outros documentos poderão ser solicitados,
quando se julgar necessário.
EXTENSION OF THE TEMPORARY VISA VII
(RELIGIOUS)
Legal basis: Art. 34 of Law 6,815 / 80 and art. 66, item II,
of Decree 86.715 / 80 .
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS:
1- Declaration of the religious institution that
promoted the arrival of the foreigner, justifying
the necessity of the extension and committing
itself for its maintenance and exit from the
national territory;
2- Application by own form to be obtained from
the Federal Police (per person);
3 - Authenticated copy of temporary registration
(foreign identity card or registration with SPMAF,
Federal Police);
4 - Authenticated copy of all passport sheets (per
person);
5- Proof, by means of a working document
(marriage certificate or consular declaration), of
married status of the foreigner (when applicable);
6- Proof of payment of the stipulated fee, in the
original (per person) to be collected through the
GRU / FUNAPOL guide, Value of the fee, see
table;
7- Detailed description of the activities carried out
by the religious, during the initial stay;
8- Authenticated copy of the Bylaws of the
Religious Entity;
9- Proof of religious formation legalized to the
Brazilian consular authorities abroad and
translated by public sworn translator.
10 - Declaration of the religious entity that does
not act in the indigenous area or presentation of
the authorization of FUNAI.
Note: After completing the form and attaching the required
documents, you must be assessed in the nearest Federal Police
Department of the applicant's residence.
We emphasize that all documents produced abroad must be
legalized to the Brazilian consular authorities abroad, and
translated by public sworn translators.
We clarify that other documents may be requested, when deemed
necessary.
