standing in direct lineage in these methods, and in the Usui Shiki Ryoho Method of Natural
Healing.
The notes in this manual are dedicated to all practitioners and Master/Teachers channeling
energy, raising the vibratory level of the planet earth to end suffering and heal humanity.
The ability to channel these energy frequencies cannot be learned from reading these notes.
Only a certified Master/Teacher can transfer the ability to the initiate during an Initiatory
Rite.

INTRODUCTION
Blue Star Celestial Energy ”Os-Mo-Ro-Pup”, the developmental Manifestation of Truth and
Light, was channeled by Reiki Master John Williams, from the subtle planes, through his
guide the prophet Makuan during January, 1995.
John Williams initiated Teaching Reiki Master Gary Jirauch to the Master Level of the
Blue Star Celestial Energy System on April 14,1995.During the following months John
shared the syllabus information with Gary. Gary spent the summer months of 1995
meditating on the specific usage of symbolism to be developed for the Kai New York
initiations and syllabus.
The symbols and hekau from the universal consciousness which is continually reabsorbing
and recycling its energies, of which our bodies and souls form one minute but very
important segment, are intended to facilitate molecular transformation and its
accompanying spiritual metamorphoses. The energies will help to protect and preserve our
existence through time and space, by helping us gain knowledge of the Ascended Masters
and deities, their symbols and words of power.
Blue Star Celestial Energy is a transmission of spiritual ability to bridge the gap between
God and man, the Rainbow Bridge, enabling the adept to utilize this potential and to
function at expanded levels of awareness.
The ancients of India, Persia, Chaldea and Egypt were the priests of nature, the patriarchs
of knowledge and the founders of vast civilizations. They were the keepers of magic, the
priestly healers of the sick and the preservers of secret wisdom. The ultimate aim of their
ritual and practices was spiritual transmutation; the realization of the true and full mental
powers that are the natural heritage of the human psyche incarnate.
Blue Star Celestial Energy offers a passage through the universal door allowing the adept
to continue the search for knowledge, enlightenment and it’s sharing with all sentient
beings.
Blue Star is not only concerned with the immediate benefits such as health, protection,
financial gain, and other matters pertaining to the needs of everyday life, it is also aimed
towards the growth, evolution, and spiritual development of its practitioners, as an integral
part of the Reiki Kai International Adept Development Program
It protects against the psychological fragmentation which could threaten the psyche during
its exposure to multidimensional experiences of inter-time travel while pursuing the Adept
Development Program, continuing with the

light, in certain knowledge that an identical event or condition having occurred on the
cosmic ladder it has happened before it is manifested on earth.
The adept links, by symbols and symbolic acts which touch deep chords within himself
echoing high spiritual principles, to the client’s body and uses this as a focus. The client’s
body then becomes the means of expressing dynamic energies as these are expressed both
within the realms of the Gods and within the adept’s subconscious. This then becomes the
energy of manifestation. The adept, as the focus of consciousness of the client, then works
changes within his own psyche and the psyche of his client. This is also the role of the
shaman in its broadest and not simplest sense.
Very little of value has been committed to paper on the subject of Reiki, a system of
manifestation, this is probably because it is elusive, extremely difficult to recognize and
cannot be encapsulated in a way that renders it easily understood by the layman or the
initiate.
Reiki in essence is a mental abstract experience in which it is essential that the right and
left hemispheres be balanced if the Reiki Master is to venture into the uncharted realms of
ever-increasing vibrational frequencies. The use of the left brain in conjunction with the
’right brain, as the abstract phenomenon of outer time are transmitted by the right and left
brain, allows it to accommodate the multidimensional aspects of time and space, provides
the means to allow the mind and brain to entrain the psyche, by which consciousness can
explore the universe and its generating energies.
The Reiki Master must acquire a knowledge of his cosmic roots, his self identification, for
treading this path, realizing that we are not alone in the universe and therefore not having
superior status to other energy life forms encountered on the path. In this regard he should
have no set views or ideas as to what the universe is all about.
The Os-Mo-Ro-Pup Healing Method of Truth and Light becomes the means for Reiki
Masters to escape the prevailing climate of insecurity, which promotes the tendency for
people to become group-minded in the mistaken belief that security stems from a belief or
philosophy that is espoused by a large number of people. It assists in the development of
individual cosmic identity, by the balanced use of both brain hemispheres, providing the
means through the symbols to externalize, projecting and breaking through to beyond the
time-space barriers, away from the influence of earth.
It is necessary that the physical body be cleansed and harmonized with the subtle bodies”
in order to safely move the Fire of the Gods from Heaven to Earth.

The celestial energies of the Blue Star healing method may be translated or used at many
levels; as an element essential to the continual cosmic cycle of birth and rebirth; following
the universal second law of thermodynamics, entropy, breaking up the energies into chaos
and reforming them at different and higher frequencies; refining when applied to subjective
spiritual development; allowing the initiate to speed up their personal frequencies,
negotiating the subtle body.
The symbols and hekau words of power of this healing method are powerful, and have a
positive changing effect on the psyche, in both inner and outer time of the subtle
dimensions; freeing the psyche from the inner time cycle of the physical world where all
exists simultaneously, thereby advancing spiritual evolution leading to self healing and the
ability to change frequencies for healing cause within the time zone of earth.
The Blue Star method combines the actively fiery externalizing energy carrying flame colors
and gold, transmutatory energies effecting external change, and the blue green refining the
energies aiding the process of energy absorption by crystallizing, effecting inner change.
Blue Star Celestial Energy is manifested through the third eye, during the initiation. It is a
golden light encircling a sphere of luminous white at the center of which is an opalescent
blue glowing five pointed stars.
The Blue Star Celestial Energy symbols containing the God or archetypal energies within,
which when stimulated by the initiation rite, evoke a resounding response in their universal
equivalent. Thus the Blue Star adapt. Master using ancient technology gives them life at his
or her level, and not necessarily at the frequency at which they normally operate. The B1ue
Star symbols are points of convergence of the forces that unite the divine and human
world. They can be used by the Adept Master initiate in crossing the spaces of heaven,
restoring health and vigor to the body, and finding their equivalence in the knots of growth
at the chakra interface where the streams of energy upon which our existence depends,
meet.
The Blue Star Celestial Energy initiation provides the essential prerequisite to healing and
self healing,” the order of the highest frequency energies fighting chaos” treating the causal
level, seen as imbalance between the initiate and the cosmos.

ANCIENT ORIGINS OF THE BLUE STAR CELESTIAL ENERGY SYSTEM

Blue Star is Pleiadian orientated. The color blue has a lot to do with the Pleiadians. There
are three major consolations involved with Universal Life Force Energy Work: The Great
Bear, Sirus, and the Pleiades. The Pleiadians are the architects of this work, the Sirians are
the designers, and the Great Bear is the manifestation. The three consolations work
together to create the Trinity – The Three in One. This is the time when all the consolations
must work to create equal and proportional balance. There is no time left for one to be
better than the other. This statement also applies to our own work as Light bearers.
The Pleiadian renegades misused their power and knowledge and had a lot to do with the
destruction of Atlantis. They were very much responsible for the downfall of the ancient
civilization. The renegades were at war with the Sirians at the time. The Pleiadians won the
war and allowed the destruction to take place.
The Egyptian Masters knew what had happened and why, and preserved the Ancient
Mysteries from Atlantis. However, they kept the knowledge confined and guarded in the
Egyptian Mystery Schools. The Egyptians were highly advanced. They created the Great
pyramid as an energy generator and ’temple of mystery school initiation. The only thing
buried in the pyramid, on the etheric plane, is knowledge. The Kings Chamber is an
initiation chamber, not a tomb.
Makuan retrieved the knowledge of the Blue Star Celestial Energy System from Os-Mo-Ro-
Pup, an Ancient Egyptian Mystery School source. He empowered the Hekau of the symbols
from Ancient Egyptian Mantras. He knew that the physical construction of the Great
Pyramid followed the energy model of The Blue Star Celestial Energy’ Master Energy
Symbol, from the top down, drawing the Universal Spiritual Energy to the earth. The first
physical manifestation of the Great Pyramid was the Capstone, and then it was constructed
through thought form projection to the base. The Pleiadians taught the Egyptian these
mysteries. The Pyramids were built by highly advanced beings, not slaves. After they
mastered the technique of bringing down the energy and solidifying it at the base, they
learned to rise to the capstone and ”take off” to various dimensions and locations.
The war went on between the Pleiadians and the Sirians for a very long time. The Pleiadian
Renegades represented the negative side of Pleiadian Energy Work, and they won the ability
to keep the knowledge hidden.
According to various esoteric Christian Mystery School concepts, the Blessed Virgin Mary
was from the Pleiades, while The Christ came from Sirus. The Mother/Son duality came to

bring peace and galactic healing. The last 2,000 years were about advancing the human
consciousness level to the understanding of the need for this healing through the vehicle of
Love, the Water Element. The New Millennium is about the manifestation of this power
through the vehicle of Mind, the Air Element. Maintaining a profound sense of balance
between mind and heart is the key to the utilization and manifestation of Blue Star
Celestial Energy.
Blue Star Celestial Energy is the vehicle for bringing total peace and planetary healing as
fast as it can happen! Your primary intention is receiving/transmitting peace energy and
using the Blue Star Symbols to manifest that vibratory rate in the physical plane in the
present tense.

THE SYMBOLS FOR BLUE STAR CELESTIAL ENERGY
”The symbol has now become the receptacle of divi ne manifestations, divinity in abstract
form. It is transformed into a unit of archetypal space that is now identified as power. The
symbol has become instinct with Being of the Deity with which it is aroused.”
Symbols are keys that hold specific knowledge and channel unmanifested energy. The
intent converts the symbol enabling it to channel manifested energy, taking us from the
lowest level to the highest potential of manifested creativity.
The Blue Star method is a completely new system and does not rely on other methods or
symbols from other methods or symbols to provide a vehicle for its empowerment.
The previously revealed practitioner symbols, in some cases renamed and redrawn, have
been rechanneled and empowered at the Blue Star frequency. They now transfer their full
energy spectrum when used with the Blue Star Master and Initiation Symbols both during
the Initiation Rite and as an intended compatible combination in the healing process in the
fifth dimension.
Like a synthesis, the B1ue Star symbols always represents more than the sum of their
parts, and when we relate to the symbolic aspects of Blue Star Celestial Energy we shift
dimensions.
The moment we place our attention on a B1ue Star symbol, our consciousness expands.
Implications and applications come on line, moving us from the experiential to the
inferential. Space and time and matter do not have the same significance. The
Master/Adept finds himself dealing with the energy inherent in the symbol, moving him
towards the intention the energy represents, taking by intent the energy into the fifth
dimension, a much higher vibration.
For the length of time we reflect upon the symbol (or visualize the symbol within the client),
we balance with its vibratory rate/ infusing the energy as we rise out of our current
vibratory emphasis, attuning to the symbol that may be on the same wavelength but
vibrating a higher frequency.
When the vibratory alignment is held in this moment, and this then becomes true for all
moments of the client’s life. As this moment represents a hologram of all moments-there
can then be for a moment no adversarial activity, therefore healing.

The power of sound can also have a destructive effect. It could be postulated that for
example, cancer which represents a total irregularity of all the body’s rhythms, its
cancerous cells causing a withdrawal from the harmony of all the body functions, could be
made to respond to sound.
The science of harmonics tells us that any life form is sound. Since the human body is
structured according to the laws of harmonics, the idea of healing human suffering and dis-
ease through sound, though age old, has a special relevance to the practice of Blue Star
today.
A person who is ill is no longer in harmony with the universe. Re-orientating the body’s
cells to harmony using the Blue Star symbol-mantra complex can restore this harmony.
Sound vibrates at specific frequencies calling the world to order. Sand grains loosely spread
out on a glass plate take on the most beautiful and symmetric forms, symbols of sounds,
when a violin bow is drawn over the edge of the plate. The sound vibrations call the
particles together. This is also the power produced by the B1ue Star symbols, hekau
complex, confronting the particles of the body and the universe. In this context it can be
argued that sound and time as used in Blue Star can, by increasing the vibratory levels of
the dis-eased body organs, return that organ or body part to its normal expressed spatial
condition in the body with regard to its extension and length.
In the concept of entrainment, in which all the vibratory components of a healthy body are
locked-in, resulting in their vibrations becoming precisely synchronous, out of phase
means dis-ease. As the tendency of the body-mind will always be towards harmony, Blue
Star Celestial Energy will assist this desire for entrainment that is healthy harmonious
vibration. The body, however, does not always have the ability in its diseased condition,
controlled by rational left brain activity, to reproduce its previous entrainment as in the
case of cancer, a state of rhythmic chaos, a total irregularity of all rhythms causing a
withdrawal of the cancerous cells from the harmony of the body functions. B1ue Star with
its symbol hekau complex guided by intent and decree could possibly tip the scales of the
struggle between this uncontrolled wild growth, and the body’s core of health that is
characteristic of the clinical picture of cancer and other life threatening dis-eases.
Blue Star reaching to the casual levels may well be resolving the casual level by going into
the future. If one uses Japanese circular thinking concepts where the effect can become the
cause and the past can be controlled by the future, as distant from current Aristotelian
logic which connects cause and effect, past and future, on a straight line, then the Blue

Star Energy Transfer Symbol, for example, may well have greater importance when used by
intent and decree to go into the future than into the past, with the intent to heal the past.
With Blue Star, we need to, and can, concentrate beyond the field of medicine into the
sphere of consciousness, not in the causal thinking that there is only one cause for any
particular illness, a method of thinking which has demonstrably proved to be unable to
solve the problem. Through Blue Star we need to not only concentrate on the network of
dis-eased network in our consciousness, the formation area of disharmony by focusing the
Blue Star energy through the symbol / hekau complex and a greater understanding of the
nature of Celestial Energy and the reasons for the existence of its symbol hekau which vas
channeled for specific purpose, the harmony of the universe.
As it is held that the basis of everything is the ”Word Element” from which all the universe
takes its birth, retains it life, and all transitory words that can be seen and heard are said
to derive from a subtle form of sound in which the sound exists as a thought force; then
any letter or letters, all alphabets are considered sacred and in contact with different levels
of consciousness, used as a symbol can be traced back to their metaphysical sources,
ceasing to be just a method of conveying meaning, becoming a fragment of sacred sound
which has the power to tap inert energies of the symbol. It itself becomes a symbol hekau
complex.
It follows that hekau sacred sounds can be categorized according to purpose and are in
principle matched to particular symbols. Hekau, which induce a trancelike state, are
generally associated with symbols that are used for enlightenment. Protective and healing
hekau are paired with symbols that are defenses against malignant power and disease
and so on, by the protective affirmation plus symbol. So intimate is this relationship that
mantra and symbol run parallel to each other and in some cases may be aroused into
vibrating rhythm and function as a hekau. This could open the way for further channeling
of symbols, revealed with purpose to B1ue Star and other channeled mediums to augment
and to combat specific disease. We are not yet in possession of the final word!
There are powers above and shapes written in the sky which sound in your own soul which
concern you most vitally, and which belong to the Godhead as much as do you in your
innermost self. Remember this saying: As above, so below, as in the ancient wisdom.
Remember if you were not going to make the difference, you would not be here!

The Blue Star Healing Symbol provides a vitalizing synthesis between the third eye, throat,
heart and base Chakras, increasing personal power and spirituality. It promotes a feeling of
peace within physical and intellectual bodies.
It promotes the connection between the physical plane and the celestial kingdom. The AF-
Ma-Fo symbol can be used for astral travel to the origin of time, connecting with the
beginning of ones development; thus enhancing the rebirth of both inner and outer self,
providing the impetus for expediting the changing of ones world, while producing the
qualities of expansiveness, creativity, and awareness in the realm of manifestation. It
provides enhanced amelioration of the B1ue Star Energy stimulating the crown vortex,
allowing the alignment of the physical structure to the ethereal network. The symbol can
also be used to initiate powerful visionary experiences when used at the third eye. Af-Ma-Fo
helps to facilitate permanence in physical healing by helping one to understand and
integrate the reasons behind the disorder, helping to release and to discontinue
unproductive energy patterns. The symbol vibrates to the number three, assisting in the
center of self, reinforcing self-esteem and augmenting the ability to express joy, by
acknowledging and appreciating the interconnectedness of all nature.
Spiritual transmutation is the first step in Rainbow Bridge technology. Transmutation

involves brining the planet energy up from the physical to spiritual realms, thus changing it
into another nature, substance form or condition.
Initiation, understanding and practice into the Af-Ma-Fo symbol, opens one to the second
stage of the Blue Star Celestial Energy System. That process is spiritual
transubstanciation, changing one substance into another by bringing the Celestial Energy
back to the planet. Spiritual transubstanciation is thus the completion of the process
needed to understand and utilize the Rainbow Bridge technology.

MER-KA-BA
MER means LIGHT. However it is a very specific kind of light a counter-rotating field of
light. KA and BA are different aspects of the Soul, representing the feminine aspects of
spirit and emotion; and the masculine aspects of mind and reality. These meanings are
represented in all of the ancient languages. Mer-Ka-Ba is a counter-rotating field of light
that takes body and spirit with it. Mer-Ka-Ba is the vehicle, but it is far more than that, in
fact there isn’t anything that it isn’t. It is the image through which all things were created.
That image is around your body. It’s a geometrical set of patterns that begins at the base of
your spine where it is very small. It’s about the size of the original eight cells that your body
was formed in and is still there. The Mer-Ka-Ba moves out from there and forms two
interlocked tetrahedrons and continues with varying geometric patterns creating an energy
field around your body which extends for approximately fifty five feet. That field is an
immense science that has through time, and continues to be studied in all areas of life.
We begin our work with this symbol with an understanding that it is an intense healer and
gives courage to the heart. The Mer-Ka-Ba can be used to awaken and bring uniformity
within the vibrations of the energy in the base, navel, sacral and heart Chakras helping
acceptance of the change in energy fields. It provides one with the centering and grounding
energy of the heart, balancing the whole body, eliminating distress and anxiety associated
with the realignment of the energies. It can also be used to access the principals of
mysticism, providing insight into immediate spiritual intuition of truth, helping towards the
direct union with the divine.
In addition to the symbol, you will be taught the Mer-Ka-Ba Breathing Technique. This
breathing process was practiced on the Earth 13,000 years ago and has been introduced in
modern times as a vehicle for the ascension process. When used in combination with the
AF-Ma-Fo symbol, it brings deep contact with your higher self and purpose, increased
manifestation direction, unparalleled protection, and enhanced healing ability for you,
others and the planet.

Basic Technique
1, Breath In as if you where breathing through not only the nose but all the way thru the
CROWN CHAKRA and down to the SOLAR PLEXUS expanding the solar plexus as you
inhale.
2. Exhale contracting the solar plexus and sending the breath up the front of the body and
out the third eye.
3. Repeat steps one and two twice more.
4. Breath in thru the nose and out thru the mouth.
5. Breath in thru the mouth and out to the nose.
6. Repeat steps four and five at least two more times.
7. You are now prepared to do healing, initiatory or meditation work.
Intermediate Technique
1 Breath In as if you where breathing through not only the nose but all the way thru the
CROWN CHAKRA and down the SOLAR PLEXUS expanding the solar plexus as you inhale.
As you do so mentally state MER. Light Body.
2. Exhale contracting the solar plexus and sending the breath up the front of the body and
out the third eye. As you do so mentally state MER. Union of spiritual and material life.
3. Repeat steps one and two twice more.
4. Breath in thru the nose and mentally state KA. Mental Body Conscious Mind Animating
Spirit, and out thru the mouth. And mentally state Ba- Emotional Body, The Soul of the
Heart, The Immortal Soul.
5. Breath in thru the mouth and mentally state KA. Mental Body Conscious Mind
Animating Spirit and out to the nose. And mentally state BA- Emotional Body, The Soul of
the Heart, The Immortal Soul.
6. Repeat steps four and five at least twice more.

7. You are now prepared to do healing, initiatory or meditation work.

SADO
This symbol is ”the stairway to heaven”. It increases physical energy, personal power and
compassion, working in the first, second, third and fourth energy centers. It can be used to
produce inspiration from and connectedness with spiritual worlds. It creates awareness of
the association between the emotional states and the inner conditions of self. It stabilizes
the energy of the home (or any area), dispelling apathy and passivity, and providing a
clearing action directing negative psychic energy within the area towards the light of
transmutation. The symbol vibrates to the number seven.
Sado is ”The Peace Pipe”, the ether tube for transmitting and receiving Blue Star Celestial
Energy, and astral projection and travel. Lines 1,2 and 3 represent the higher self, the
Risen/Ascended Self, the Extraordinary You. Line 4 represents ”the straight and narrow
path”, the shortest distance between two points. Lines 5,6 and 7 represent the etheric
vehicle for transportation and transmission. Side 5 is moving. Side 6,the spiral, takes you
to your destination at point 7.Like the Usui Distant Healing Symbol you ”spiral out”. Sado
brings you down to land, and also can be used to take off again.
No one will be able to use the Blue Star Celestial Energy system unless they understand
what Sado is for. Sado is the Gold Chord. When we meditate on Sado, we recreate the gold
mesh, the Astral Web that is so broken up and so badly damaged. This is true Galactic
Healing. It is completely holographic. There is nothing that is not in everything. God is
everywhere. All you have to do is understand how to see it, and then you see it in
everything. You can find-the dream, hidden in the nightmare.

This symbol helps to cleanse negativity from the Chakras, enhancing the feminine aspects
of ones nature, providing spiritual nourishment and a loving compassion to assist through
all changes. It supports, sustains and promotes growth supplementing energy, releasing
obstacles to progression and actualization, and connecting the physical, emotional and
intellectual bodies. Him-Ti-O, representing earth, is used for grounding to the six directions
and connecting us to earth. It can be used to open the lower Chakras, grounding them to
earth and harmonizing the upper Chakras, balancing heaven and earth. Use Him-Ti-0 that
represents the true self, to ground the client or yourself before a session. Use the symbol
also to ground before a moving meditation. Use for physical Problems, wounds, and
fractured bones, grounding energy. Use Him-Ti-0 with the violet breathes technique. Him-
Ti-O can be used during exorcisms in combination with the violet breath techniques and
the Blue Star Master Symbols. Him-Ti-O vibrates to the number seven. It can be used to
ameliorate PMS and change of life, and promote ease in pregnancy and childbirth.
Use of this symbol provides shielding properties for the aura and the subtle bodies, aligning
the energy centers and the network of psychic structures connecting the physical and

BLO-VIM-OS
This symbol is an excellent grounding, providing a connection from the base of the spine to
the heart of the earth. It can be used in Shamanic ceremonies to aid in the removal of
disorders from the body. The Blue Star Master travels with the symbol to the affected area
of the body and visually brings the affection to the surface, surrounding and transmuting it
into white light. It stirs the flame of the spirit to initiate the rise of kundalini. It enhances
the growth of the spiritual self and provides for spiritual awareness during activities that
occur on the earth plane.
The energy of Blo-Vi-MOs seems to pierce the outer layer of the problem, allowing the heart
of the problem to become evident, balancing the energy fields assisting in the elimination of
ego conflicts and feelings of futility.
These four lines represent the four elements. Line 1 – red for fire, Line 5 – yellow for air,
Line 6 – blue for water, Line 3 green for earth. For elemental healing the appropriate line
can be pictured glowing with the element color and used with intent. This symbol vibrates
to the number one and the gold ray.

ZOH-VA
This symbol is a morphic channeling and energy transfer symbol, exiting through the third
eye. It is the traditional Egyptian symbol used for distant healing through the third eye. It
can be used much in the same way as the Usui Distant Healing Symbol.
The Kofuto Movement has recently popularized both Zoh-Va and Ta-M a-Ra-Sha. Both
symbols appear in Kofuto Touch Healing. Frank Holman, the author, claims that they are
modern channeled symbols. However, as evident in African Folk Art, in which both symbols
appear, they are far more ancient. They have been rechanneled and empowered at the Blue
Star frequency. They now transfer their full energy spectrum when used with the Blue Star
Master and Initiation Symbols both during the Initiation Rite and as intended compatible
combination in the healing process in the fifth dimension.

Ta-Ma-Ra-Sha
This ancient Egyptian symbol is used to transmit healing energy through the physical,
material and spiritual. This symbol appears to increase the energy intensity for all other
symbols.

DISTANT HEALING – CREATING AN ENERGY SHIFT
There are probably a number of ways of creating an energy shift for distant healing.
Currently, calling the person to be healed or attuned in spirit form to you with a
geographical location, using a surrogate is the method taught in many Reiki workshops.
Leaving the body through the third person to be healed is the. Method exomatosis, this
method seems to be with the Blue Star Celestial Energy expansion and for planetary
spiritual Eye and traveling to a to be outlined. Called most suitable for use system, both for
future regeneration.
Say a prayer calling for assistance and clearly stating the intent. Because intentions shape
light, creating energy, in this case Blue Star Celestial Energy, they create your reality,
setting the energy in motion. Every Blue Star activity should start with this focus in prayer.
Each word of intent carries consciousness, intelligence, and therefore the Celestial Light.
The Blue Star symbols shape the energy that is released by intent.
To create an energy shift for distant healing or attunement:
Hold the perineum point with the violet breath exhaling the Zoh-Va and the Ta-M a-Ra-Sha
symbols through the third eye. Holding the perineum point creates the connection allowing
you to ”leave your body” through the third eye. The Ta-M a-Ra-Sha symbol is used to
transmit healing energy connecting through the physical, material and spiritual, like a
visualized cable connecting you and your client, increasing the intensity of the Blue Star
Celestial Energy inherent in all symbols going out through the third eye, whether for
healing or attunement.
Those who have completed Level II training may substitute the Blue Star Celestial Energy
Master Symbol for Zoh-Va and Sado for Ta-M a-Ra-Sha.

BLUE STAR RITUAL FOR THE EXTRACTION AND SHORT CIRCUITING OF

DIS-EASE TO SUPPLEMENT THE GENERIC (HEALING) ATTUNEMENT AND
PSYCHIC SURGERY
State the intent with prayer. Place your dominant hand at the back of the chakra or dis-
eased area. Perform the violet breath technique visualizing the chosen symbol going in with
intent to capture the problem. Place the extracting (non-dominant) hand in front of the
area, visualizing the hand surrounded by white light and picture the diseased problem
coming out, captured by the symbol and cast into the light.
Psychic surgery can also be accomplished using the third eye technique previously
described for distant healing by allowing the psychic fingers to extend through the third
eye.
To enhance the body defense system against disease, visualize the violet breath going into
the bones while you transmit Blue Star Celestial Energy to the sole, knee and hip
Chakras. Then do the same with the hand, elbow, and armpit Chakras. Follow this by
treating the centerline Chakras and transmit Blue Star Celestial Energy to the affected
art.

Master Shihan Teacher
Born and raised in the southern part of Ontario Canada, Cindilee is a wife and mother of 5
beautiful children.
Her educational background begins in 1988 after graduating from a 3-year diploma program of
Animal Care Technology. After full time practice in the veterinarian field in the year of 2000
she made the decision to work full time in her home based business “The Sacred Place Within”
established in 1998. In 2002 “The Sacred Place Within-Journey Begins” was born as an
integrated step along her path of teaching. For one’s true Journey Begins Within that Sacred
Place. Currently she teaches private, local and international certified courses and workshops.
As a final completed integration of Cindilee’s work the birth in 2003 of “The Sacred Place
Within Academy of Learning“ and the logo the butterfly best describes her journey.
Her instruction of over 400 students in the healing modalities of Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki,
Shamballa Multidimensional Healing, 7 Facet Seichim, Magnified Healing, Blue Star Celestial
Energy, Axiatonal Re-alignment, Certified Aromatherapy Massage and Native teachings and
healing sessions.

Currently trained in Gendai Reiki-Ho under the guidance of her Master she is able to attune
students seeking this energy lineage from Doi Hiroshi, the supervisor of Gendai Reiki-Ho given
his attunement from Koyama Kimiko Sensei President of the Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai in Japan.
She is also a registered Master Teacher with the Canadian Reiki Association.
She holds a position as a Certified Instructor and director on the board for the Ontario College
