It is the responsibility of the Disaster Risk Reduction Management (DRRM) Coordinator to

constantly monitor, evaluate and assess the safety and security issues at the school and the hazards, risks
and vulnerabilities affecting students and teachers. However, our office lacks needed supplies and
equipment for trainings and simulations in the implemention of our School Disaster Management Plan.

Due to this, we would like to request DRRM supplies from your good office to better equip our
students and teachers during drills, simulations and trainings. Below are the indicated equipment with the
estimated amount:
