(A)I have turned in these assignments on time except for I forgot to turn in my toddler note #6 on time. I
had it completed the day before but for some reason I did not turn it in to I-learn.

handouts, send home materials, and weekly toddler notes and submit your revised documents on time

days to complete.

(A)The past two times I have been a lead teacher I have come to class with all my home activities and
parent handouts completed. Along with printed out lesson plans so that my helpers could help me get my
activities together before lab starts.

5. Did you come prepared to support the lead teacher on your support days and do your assignments with a
positive attitude? YES or NO

(A)During my support lead teacher days I have come in ready to help the lead teacher in anyway
possibly and tried to make sure she had assistance in completing what she needed too.

6. Evaluate how you have done completing the home visits, weekly toddler notes, lead teaching reflections
and other assignments related to supporting your toddler lab. Give yourself a grade (A-F) for your

performance.
(A-) I have been fairly consisted in completing my assignments for toddler lab. There has been a few
times I have turned in my assignments late but I have always completed every one of my assignments.
7. Evaluate your progress in the toddler lab learning how to plan for and work with toddlers and your
understanding of how to guide toddlers in their skill development.
Since first starting in lab till now I have seen a huge improvement in myself. Not only with working
with the toddlers but also with doing my job as a lead teacher. I feel like I have gotten a pretty good feel
of how to write lesson plans and what they entail. There are many areas I still need to improve on but I
think with continued practice and the new experiences that I will gain, I will get to where I need to be.
