DISCLARIMER EarthworksSA uses grading plans to generate earthwork take-offs. Geo-technical data provided will be
used to designate any over excavation and or stripping thicknesses. Since we based our take-offs on grading plans
provided by client, We try to do our best to pick up any errors and/or omissions the plans may have; if any assumption is
taken by EarthworksSA it will be noted. All EarthworksSA earthwork takeoffs daylight to existing terrain at boundary. Any
areas beyond the boundary line will not be calculated unless specifically dictated by client. EarthworksSA Takeoffs are
provided for informational purposes only, the user of this information is to assume the ultimate responsibility of checking
any quantities and graphic representations stated and shown in this takeoff document and hereby agrees to indemnify
and hold EarthworksSA harmless from and against all claims of any type or nature asserted by customer or any party for
the use of this information document. Due to the nature of digital files the client is responsible for any trojan/virus
detection and removal. It is the client responsibility to detect/intercept and/or remove any computer viruses before loading
any EarthworksSA file. EarthworksSA should be hold harmless from and against all claims of any type or nature asserted
by customer or any party as a result of any computer viruses/trojans and or attacks inadvertently caused, transmitted
