All dairy products processed at California Dairies Inc. facilities are tested at a minimum annually using
multiresidue methods which are capable of detecting a wide range of agricultural chemicals, including
organochlorides, organophosphates, organonitrogens, PCBs, Aflatoxins and veterinary compounds. Metal
levels are monitored routinely as part of the California Dairies Inc. quality assurance program.
Codex maximum limits for all agricultural chemicals or importing countries’ specific limits (where these have
been provided by the appropriate Regulatory Authority) are used to determine the suitability of dairy products
for human consumption in any market.

During the most recent annual testing, the mean and maximum levels of metals recorded for milk powder

Dioxins and PCBs are routinely tested using USEPA Method 1613B. All results were below the detection level.
