Error always exists in faults, to discover it teaches.

There are always different types of danger.

Engineering quantifies danger in probabilities.

Failures must follow a conditioned process

The failures thus inexorably become a public issue

Engineers fear the fault, but they do.

First, failures are inevitable.

Second: failures must be duly recorded, analyzed and disseminated.

Third: incorporate in the schools the teaching of these errors

IMPORTANCE OF THE EXPERIENCE

Judgment comes from experience and from these bad judgments. There is no good judgment without a
bad one. That is why it is important to know the bad judgments of others.

Objects that do not fail don’t teach nothing.
