THIS MATTER is before the Court following a Court-ordered in-person Case

Management Conference held on November 6, 2018. Julia Boss (“Boss”) was permitted to appear

telephonically. Having reviewed the parties’ submissions filed in anticipation of the conference

and having heard the parties’ positions, for the reasons set forth on the record and for good cause

shown,

IT IS on this 7th day of November, 2018,

ORDERED that Boss’s Motion for Reconsideration (ECF No. 119) is GRANTED and

Julia Boss, et al. v. CVS Health Corporation, et. al., 3:17-cv-1823-BRM-LHG, is hereby

unconsolidated from In re Insulin, 3:17-cv-0699-BRM-LHG; and it is further

ORDERED that any party intending to file a motion or other request for relief is required

to file a one-page, double-spaced letter request, without footnotes or exhibits, seeking permission

before filing any motions or requests on the docket, and that any party wishing to file an opposition

may file a one-page, double-spaced letter, without footnotes or exhibits, within three days thereof;

and it is further

ORDERED that discovery is stayed pending the disposition of Defendants’ Motion to

Dismiss (ECF No. 158); and it is further

ORDERED that Plaintiffs’ Motion to Enjoin Further Filings from Boss and T1DF (ECF

No. 232) is DENIED; and it is finally

ORDERED that Boss’s November 5, 2018 letter request (ECF No. 233) to the Court is

STRICKEN.
